Monica David, Chief Customer Officer, has over twenty five years of professional experience in marketing, market research, and consulting. She served most recently as Vice President, Consulting, at GartnerGroup, where she had responsibility for customer satisfaction, win/loss, and brand awareness studies. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Marketing and Market Research, at Knowledge Networks, a systems integrator in the front-office space. As a senior vice president at Prognostics, she managed its domestic and international customer satisfaction programs, and at Dataquest, as Group Vice President, she directed all the research and consulting activities of the Document Management Group. She is a magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Smith College and has completed all course work for the MBA program at Santa Clara University, where she was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma (business honor society.) |
