With a strong background in law and public relations/marketing, Monica Flores brings unquestionable knowledge and professionalism to her growing lending business. Ms. Flores believes that setting yourself apart in a saturated Real Estate market is important.

To achieve that goal, Monica offers her clients honesty and an exceptional service by going the extra mile in all she does. She has developed a selected clientele by employing business by referral, and is fluent in Spanish.

After she graduated from UCR, Ms. Flores ran the first county-wide Latino outreach campaign for Riverside County Library System. Her campaign won the John Cotton Dana Award; a prestigious national award in public relations. It was after Ms. Flores completed her first year in law school at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, that she began her career in Real Estate Finance.

Ms. Flores is a driven and enthusiastic woman who strives for nothing less than excellence. In her spare time she volunteers with a non-profit organization in Pasadena, enjoys traveling and playing basketball.
