Monica Green has extensive experience in new construction and renovation projects for a variety of clients. Her expertise in specifications writing includes a commitment to research and specify environmentally sound materials and methods. Former project management experience included activities ranging from program analysis, design development to building code review, and construction documents and contract administration.
Because of a concern for energy conservation and green building practices, Ms. Green will work closely with our other architects, as well as Mechanical an Electrical engineers, to ensure that the best practices in these areas are employed to the benefit of the environment and future occupants of the facility. Ms. Green is well versed in the application green building technology, sustainable resources and energy conservation, and is an LEED Accredited Professional.
