Monica Haas is vice president of Corporate Planning for Sempra Energy, a San Diego-based Fortune 500 energy services holding company whose subsidiaries provide electricity, natural gas and value-added products and services. The Sempra Energy companies' 13,500 employees serve more than 29 million consumers worldwide. As vice president of corporate planning, Haas directs Sempra Energy�s corporate planning and global procurement. Prior to her role as vice president, Haas was the director of investments for Sempra Energy and held numerous positions with the company in the areas of investment management, business and market development and financial planning and analysis. Before joining Sempra Energy in 1993, Haas held a senior-level financial analyst role at General Dynamics. Haas holds both a master�s and bachelor�s degree in business from New Mexico State University. |
