Ms. Lang is the Director of Attorney Recruiting for Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Based in Denver, she has been with the firm for 10 years, with five years in her current role. Ms. Lang directs attorney recruiting for all offices of the firm including summer associates, associates, of counsel and shareholder positions. She works directly with department chairs advising them on hiring matters and job offers. Ms. Lang is instrumental in developing the Summer Associate program across all the firm's offices. She manages the summer associate workflow and assignments, training, and the advising and mentoring program. She oversees the integration of the summer associates into the firm. She coordinates with Community Relations to provide additional opportunities for summer associates to understand the firm and its role in our communities. Ms. Lang is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and Diversity Committee. She also serves as an adjunct to the firm's Committee on Associates. |
