W. Montgomery Cook, Advisor. Mr. Cook advises Madison Park Group on telecommunications and media related transactions. Mr. Cook was previously a Vice President with Greenbridge Partners, an investment banking firm providing financial advisory services primarily to Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures. Mr. Cook joined Greenbridge from J.P. Morgan where he was a Vice President in the firm's Financial Sponsors Group. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Cook was with Peregrine's corporate finance group in San Francisco where he provided Asia-related financing and advisory services to U.S. companies and private investment groups. Mr. Cook began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Telecom, Media and Technology Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Cook has a B.S. in Business from Northeastern University. |
