Murli has over 30 years� experience providing demand-side insights to organizations in North America, Europe and Asia. Most recently, he was Vice President at Knowledge Networks managing custom research for major CPG, retail and pharmaceuticals clients. Prior to that, he was President of Marketing Intelligence Corporation (MIC) with clients in CPG, telecom, pharmaceuticals and financial services. Before his 10+ year stint at MIC, Murli was Executive Vice President and Chief Scientist at The Faneuil Group, which specialized in database marketing and customer satisfaction measurement. He has also worked for Verizon Laboratories, Dun & Bradstreet, Global Insight, Planning Economics Group, Bozell Advertising and MRCA. Murli has published papers in the areas of customer satisfaction, new product development, building cost-effective databases and industrial advertising. He has presented papers to the AMA and ESOMAR. He holds graduate degrees in Management Science from the Sloan School at MIT and the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and an undergraduate degree in Physics from St. Stephen�s College, Delhi, summa cum laude. |
