Murray Laidley and his team are responsible for not only designing and developing SumTotal's software but also ensuring the award-winning platform's quality. Laidley leads a worldwide team that overseas the architecture, technology and infrastructure for SumTotal's talent management software suite.
He brings over 25 years of technology experience to SumTotal, and has held senior-level IT positions for the past 15 years. Recently, he was vice president of research and development for data analysis products at Seattle-based Insightful, where he led software engineering, quality assurance, documentation, engineering services and architecture for an integrated family of enterprise software products for statistical analysis and reporting. |
