Myles joined CHL Medical Partners in 2004. Previously, Myles was a Senior Principal at A. M. Pappas & Associates and held a faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Myles was Assistant Clinical Director and Instructor of Emergency Medicine in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. His professional affiliations include being a Diplomate with the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Myles currently serves on the board of two portfolio companies, Millennium Pharmacy Systems, Inc. and Oculir, Inc., and has previously served on the boards of Angiomics, Dynogen, FlowCardia, and NuVasive. He was also an observer member of the boards of ArgoMed, LipoScience, and Syntonix. Myles received his B.A.S. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science. He holds an M.D. from the Yale University School of Medicine and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |
