Mr. Myles Itkin is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Nomination and Governance Committee. Mr. Itkin now serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Overseas Shipholding Group. Prior to joining OSG, Mr. Itkin was employed by Alliance Capital Management L.P. as Senior vice President of Finance and, before that, by Northwest Airlines, Inc. as Vice President of Finance, directing financing, financial restructuring, and merger - acquisition and divestiture activities. Mr. Itkin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University. Mr. Itkin is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the U.K. P&I Club. |
