Ms. Feldman is a co-founder of MEA. She has 23 years of banking and energy finance experience. Prior to joining MEA, Ms. Feldman was a vice president at EnCap Investments, LLC, an institutional funds manager providing private equity capital to the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry. While at EnCap, Ms. Feldman identified, analyzed, and managed private equity investments. Her responsibilities included the day to day management of several portfolio companies with a combined equity commitment of $110 million. Prior to joining EnCap in November 2000, Ms. Feldman managed the Dallas Energy Lending Group of Compass Bank. She also worked as an energy banker at Bank One, Texas, N.A. for 17 years. Ms. Feldman received a BBA in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Ms. Feldman is involved in several oil and gas industry groups including ADAM Energy Forum, Dallas Energy Finance Discussion Group, Dallas Hard Hatters and the Dallas Petroleum Club where she has served on the Development and House Committees. She is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America. Ms. Feldman also sits on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of J-W Operating Company, a privately-held energy services company based in Dallas, and is a former member the Board of Directors of Kidlinks Foundation.
