Ms. Feldman was appointed Independent Director in April 2002. Mynan C. Feldman is Managing Director of Mitchell Energy Advisors, an energy investment banking firm. Prior to joining Mitchell Energy Advisors in April 2003, Ms. Feldman was a Vice President at EnCap Investments, an institutional funds manager providing private equity capital to the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining EnCap in November 2000, Ms. Feldman managed the Dallas Energy Lending Group of Compass Bank. She also worked as an energy banker at Bank One for seventeen years. Ms. Feldman received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Ms. Feldman is involved in several oil and gas industry groups including ADAM Energy Forum, Dallas Energy Finance Discussion Group, Dallas Hard Hatters and the Dallas Petroleum Club where she has served on the Development and House Committees. She is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and Leadership Dallas 2005 and is on the Board of Directors of Kidlinks Foundation. |
