Nahid has over 8 years engineering and management experience with at least over 6years of Telecom experience in the area of VoIP networking and in Software Engineering with expertise in embedded design and programming, testing and development, and innovative research and development. Prior to StitelNet, Nahid was the Head of Research and Development Department and Engineering Manager of Stitel Technologies Limited, a USA based Telecommunication company and a member of Texas Group, Bangladesh. At Stitel he architected and managed the development of H.323 and SIP based Class-V Soft-Switch, IP Call Center and Prepaid/Postpaid Calling System. Nahid was the chief technical consultant for defining a technical evolution strategy for Telecom next generation MPLS core and metro Ethernet access network. Nahid has experience in implementation for very important and complicated large scale VoIP networking projects in many places such as USA, England, Holland, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Greece, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Nahid has done lots of research and development work for implementing VoIP under GPRS, WiMax, WiFi and SatCom networks. Nahid holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree. He received professional training on "Software Quality Management", "Software Quality Assurance" and "Standard Method of Software Testing" from QAI (India), Limited.
