Ms. Marino is an associate in Dykema's Litigation Department. She has had significant experience representing corporations and individuals in a variety of commercial, contract, tort, and intellectual property disputes, with a focus on complex medical malpractice defense of physicians and institutions. In addition, Ms. Marino has a strong background in pharmaceuticals. She spent four years working in the sales division of a major pharmaceutical corporation.
While in law school, Ms. Marino was a member of The John Marshall Law Review, staff editor of the Review of Intellectual Property Law, a semi-finalist in the American Trial Lawyers Association competition, and an extern for Judge Ruben Castillo of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
Prior to joining Dykema, Ms. Marino clerked for the Honorable Joseph Gordon in the Illinois Appellate Court, 1st District.
