Mr. Zhai has held the position of General Manager of Shandong Quanxin Stainless Steel Co. Ltd. since April of 2003. Mr. Zhai was recruited from Textile Industrial Co., where he help the position of Operations Officer of the Business Management Department from 1998 through April 2003. Previous to that, he was the Assistant Manager of the Design Department of Textile Industrial Co. & Manager of Economic/Trade Department of Textile Industrial Trading Co., from 1992 to 1998. His first position was that of Head of the Kinetics Department & Business Management Department of Zibo Towel Company, from July 1983 through August 1992. He graduated from Shandong Mechanical Engineering College, Electrical Automation Department, in 1983. |
