Naji Massouh concentrates in structured finance and insurance-linked securities transactions. He has represented underwriters, issuers, lenders and insurers in U.S. public offerings, private placements and offshore offerings involving a variety of asset types.
Mr. Massouh has been at the forefront of the convergence of structured finance and insurance portfolio risk-transfer, and has helped structure a number of innovative Regulation XXX, Guidelines AXXX and embedded value transactions, including through the use of derivatives.
In addition, Mr. Massouh has experience securitizing a remarkably broad range of both traditional and "exotic" asset types, including residential mortgage and real estate related assets, commercial mortgage loans, auto loans, trade receivables, timeshare loans and royalty income stream obligations. He also has significant experience in collateral debt obligations (CDOs), collateral loan obligations (CLOs) and asset-backed commercial paper facilities, and has worked on cross-border securitizations.
