Nancy K. Swift is a Senior Counsel in the Scottsdale office. She focuses her practice in commercial litigation including all aspects of construction law, financial institutions, antitrust, securities, administrative law and trade regulation. Ms. Swift has represented corporate clients in matters involving defamation, intellectual property, commercial disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, creditors' rights, real estate, banking and general contract matters. She also has extensive experience in environmental, products liability and construction litigation.
Prior to settling in Arizona, Ms. Swift worked for the national law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, D.C. She later served as a Special Trial Counsel in the General Counsel's office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission also in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Swift's association memberships include Board of Directors, Boys and Girls' Club of Greater Scottsdale and Board of Directors, North Scottsdale Little League.
She received her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science and French from Tufts University and earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Swift is fluent in French.
