Ms. Nancy Bacon's responsibilities include government relations, proposals and contracts, financings and business development, as well as interactions with major international corporations for the commercialization of ECD Ovonics' technologies; negotiations for establishment of joint ventures and the licensing of company technologies. Ms. Bacon is a member of the boards of directors of United Solar Ovonic, Sovlux Ltd. and Sovlux Battery, Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI), United States Industry Coalition (USIC) and the Erb Institute of the University of Michigan.
In 1997, Ms. Bacon was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business as one of Detroit's "Most Influential Women". Ms. Bacon, a CPA, has a B.S. in Accounting. Prior to joining ECD Ovonics, she was a manager at Deloitte & Touche.
