Nancy P. Marx has practiced in the area of estate planning and administration of estates and trusts since 1985, and has focused in the areas of tax-exempt charitable organizations and charitable giving since 1993. Nancy advises both public charities and private foundations regarding their tax-exempt status, operation and tax matters, and works with individuals in their estate and tax planning, including charitable giving and planning for retirement assets. Nancy attended Principia College and the Los Angeles Art Center College of Design. She received her B.F.A. in painting from the University of Texas in 1976. Nancy was graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas, in 1984. Following graduation, she served as law clerk to the Honorable William H. Timbers, United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. |
