Nancy R. Winschel is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Product Liability, Insurance Defense, FELA, and Commercial Litigation. She is the Chair of the Product Liability Practice Group. Ms. Winschel is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Ms. Winschel graduated cum laude from Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University where she served on the Duquesne University Law Review and was the recipient of the American Association of University Women Scholarship. Ms. Winschel has worked as both National Coordinating Counsel and Regional Counsel for corporations. Ms. Winschel is a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (Products Liability Sub-Committee). In addition, Ms. Winschel is a lecturer on Commercial and Product Liability topics. |
