Nancy is Of Counsel with Coats Rose and has practiced for twenty-four years in the Construction/Surety section of the Firm. She has broad experience in engineers� and architects� malpractice defense. She also has a distinguished academic resume, culminating with the completion of her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1982, where she graduated cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Practice Emphasis Nancy has represented contractors, owners, and subcontractors in construction litigation matters. She also represents engineers and architects in various matters, including professional malpractice claims. As a former member of the AAA Panel of Arbitrators, she has served as an arbitrator in cases involving construction disputes.
