Nancy Straus Sundheim joined Unisys in 1987 as Chief Acquisitions Counsel. In 1990, Nancy was appointed Deputy General Counsel and head of the Corporate Law Group. In September 1999, she also was elected Corporate Vice President and Corporate Secretary and appointed to the Unisys Executive Committee. In January 2001, Nancy was elected to her current role as senior vice president and general counsel assuming full responsibilities as the chief legal officer of the corporation.
Before joining Unisys in 1987, Nancy practiced law at the Philadelphia law firm of Dechert Price & Rhoads, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Prior to that, she worked at the Boston law firm of Ropes & Gray and the Washington, D.C. law firm of Arnold & Porter. She also worked for the former United States Supreme Court Justice Abe Fortas.
Nancy received a law degree from Harvard Law School and a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
