Nancy Avedissian is an associate in the Global Corporate Department of the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. She specializes in corporate law, primarily with companies involved in mergers and acquisitions, and has also represented mid-sized and start-up clients in raising seed capital for Internet ventures.
In 1999, Mrs. Avedissian received her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, where she was executive editor of the Loyola Law Review. She earned degrees in both political science and comparative literature in 1995 from the University of California at Irvine.
