Nancy R. Ferrell joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where she was employed since 1986 and is currently a Senior Vice President in the Baltimore Regional Office. She is responsible for the generation of mortgage loans and equity placement along with the development of lender and commercial product sources.
From 1979 to 1986, Mrs. Ferrell served as Officer and Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Banking Group of Equitable Bank. She holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from University of Delaware and has done post graduate work at Johns Hopkins University. Mrs. Ferrell holds a Maryland Real Estate License. Her speaking engagements include NAIOP, Mortgage Bankers Association and Urban Land Institute. In addition to serving on a few internal NorthMarq committees, she is a past Board President and current committee member for the House of Ruth Maryland. Mrs. Ferrell is also a trustee for The Bryn Mawr School, co-Commissioner for Towsontowne Girls Lacrosse Rec Council program, and a member of the Baltimore Women's Giving Circle.
A Baltimore native, Mrs. Ferrell is married with one daughter. |
