Ms. Fitzgerald oversees the company's risk management department. Prior to joining the company in early 2002, she was employed as a risk consultant for ProNational Insurance Company and also managed the Quality Assurance and Service Excellence programs at Lansing General Hospital for eighteen years. Ms. Fitzgerald has a Bachelor of Management in Health Services and a degree in Quality Assurance. She is a member of the American Society for Quality and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
