Description of Practice:
Nancy is an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office, providing critical associate-level support to the litigation team. She has significant experience in many areas of litigation, including bankruptcy, construction defect, employment, entertainment, insurance coverage and bad faith, professional liability, and real estate matters. She has argued motions in both federal and state courts in the trial and post-trial phases.
Nancy is a member of the State Bar of California, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and the Southern California Business Litigation Inn of Court.
Educational History:
Nancy received her J.D. in 2001 from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she served as Articles Editor for the Pacific Basin Law Journal and as a teaching assistant. Her B.A. is also from the University of California, Los Angeles; she graduated magna cum laude with majors in Political Science and Asian American Studies. |
