Nancy Rogers is a Director of Internal Recruiting for Major, Lindsey and Africa. Nancy assists in identifying and hiring new recruiters and directors of business development nationwide.
Prior to joining MLA, Nancy was a senior staffing consultant for Fireman's Fund, where she specialized in recruiting for both professional and leadership level positions. She has also worked on retained and contingent searches in the executive search arena. Over the course of her recruiting career, Nancy has made hundreds of placements in the financial services, insurance, public accounting, high-tech and telecommunications industries.
Nancy earned her B.S. in psychology from California State University, East Bay.
A Bay Area native, Nancy is a fourth-generation Californian. She currently resides in Marin County with her husband and three teenagers, where she enjoys multiple outdoor activities and is a volunteer for the Tamalpais and Ross Valley School Districts. |
