Nancy Sturges
Senior Vice President, Operations
Nancy Sturges is senior vice president of operations for General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems.
Prior to her current position, Sturges was vice president and general manager for the Intelligence and Exploitation Systems strategic business unit. Before becoming deputy general manager, Sturges was the vice president and general manager of the Information Operations organization. Sturges was the senior executive of the $100 million organization for three years. Earlier, Sturges was the business director for a suite of classified programs in the information operations area, where she oversaw the development, implementation, sell-off and delivery of hardware and software systems. Sturges has been employed at General Dynamics for over 25 years, executing assignments ranging from software and systems engineering to her position in mission areas and spanning national and tactical intelligence systems and information operations. Sturges holds a bachelor's degree from University of California, Santa Cruz in computer science.
