Nancy Tran is a Counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in the Firm's New York office. Nancy is a member of the Firm's Corporate Department, where her practice focuses on representing issuers, underwriters, collateral managers, and investors in collateralized loan and debt obligations and various other structured finance products. Nancy has also represented originators and underwriters in mortgage-backed, asset-backed and commercial mortgage-backed securitization transactions and has experience representing sellers and servicers in connection with the origination, sale and securitization of auto loans and manufactured housing contracts.
Nancy is admitted to practice in New York.
