Nancy Wilson joined Dubuque Bank and Trust in November 1983 as Personnel Director and in January 1985 was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Human Resources. In January 1994, she was named Vice President, HR and in January 2000 she assumed the title Vice President, HR at Heartland Financial USA, Inc. as well. Prior to joining DB&T Nancy assumed the duties of Employment/Compensation Manager at Woodward Communications, Inc., Dubuque, IA (1981-1983). From 1973 to 1981 she assumed the position of Personnel Manager at A. Y. McDonald Mfg. Co., Dubuque, IA. Nancy attended the University of Cincinnati from 1965-1967 and the University of Dubuque from 1974-1975. She also attended American Bankers Association Graduate School of Human Resources Management in 1987. She achieved lifetime certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management in 1993. |
