Nancy Yaffe is a partner in FLK's Los Angeles office, focusing her practice on labor and employment law counseling and litigation.
Ms. Yaffe joined FLK first as a summer associate in 1993 and 1994, then as an associate in 1995, and has been a partner since 2004. Before law school, Ms. Yaffe worked in the entertainment and hospitality industries.

Defending prominent southern California hotels, manufacturing and service providing companies, and high tech enterprises, against employee claims and lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in violation of state and federal laws.
Defending all types of businesses against employee claims and lawsuits involving wage-and-hour violations.
Providing pre-litigation counseling and advice to clients nationwide on employment-related issues including harassment, discrimination, ADA/disability compliance, wage-and-hour issues, WARN Act compliance, labor and employee relations.
Conducting training presentations for clients on sexual harassment prevention, new legal developments, and other timely employment issues.
Reviewing client policies and handbooks to ensure legal compliance.
Conducting preventative audits and investigations into alleged workplace misconduct.
