Naohisa Tsuboi, Managing Director. Tsuboi-san has broad knowledge and experience in human resources over the last 22 years. He has served in management roles and on Boards of Directors for Boston Scientific Japan, AgrEvo Japan, Aventis Crop Science, and Hoechst Japan Ltd. While at Hoechst Japan, Tsuboi-san successfully managed a fundamental restructuring to focus on the Life Sciences business. Also at Hoechst and AgrEvo, he implemented a program to identify and develop top talent for the company in the Asia Pacific region. Tsuboi-san is well-versed in human resource tools and compensation systems. He is a certified Career Advisor through Japan Federation of Employers Association and a certified trainer for the Creating Career Best program of B.T. Novations. Tsuboi-san has a thorough knowledge of the both the labor and legal context of the Japanese market. He holds a B.A. degree in Comparative Politics from Sophia University. |
