Natalie A. Shields is Vice President and Corporate Secretary of The Black & Decker Corporation. She was named to this position in April 2006 and has responsibility for Board and Stockholder Affairs, Subsidiary Compliance, Political Contributions, and Community Relations/Contributions. She also provides legal advice on trade matters.
Mrs. Shields joined Black & Decker as a Tax Accountant in 1980. Since that time, she has served in positions of increasing responsibility in tax compliance and planning as well as customs and trade matters until her promotion to International Tax and Trade Counsel.
A certified public accountant, Mrs. Shields holds a B.A. degree in accounting from Loyola College in Maryland and a J.D. degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. |
