Natalie J. Stucky
Profile : Natalie Stucky is a partner in the Real Estate and Financial Institutions Groups. She concentrates her practice in real estate and lending and has substantial experience with a variety of commercial transactions, including real estate sales and acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, leasing, multi-state and off-shore financing, construction, permanent and asset-based financing, and loan modifications, restructurings and refinancings. Ms. Stucky also has experience dealing with environmental issues relating to real estate transfers and financings including underground storage tank regulations and the Indiana Responsible Property Transfer Law. She joined Bose McKinney & Evans in 1989 after graduating with high honors from Indiana University - Bloomington. She is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations, as well as the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, and the Indianapolis Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). Ms. Stucky is fluent in Spanish.
