As Chief Marketing Officer, Ms. Rabe is responsible for corporate and product branding strategy, competitive positioning, and media relations. Additionally, Ms. Rabe works closely with Sales, Technology, and Client Care to analyze, create, and launch product initiatives in-line with client needs and expectations.
Ms. Rabe is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong entrepreneurial record who understands emerging markets for leading edge products. She also manages such diverse functions as public relations, advertising, competitive positioning, and product development. Prior to joining NTI, Ms. Rabe was General Manager of MP4.com at Vivendi Universal Net USA, responsible for the development and P&L of the video and animation arm of MP3.com. Prior to launching the MP4.com business, Ms. Rabe was Director of Operations at MP3.com overseeing the development of the royalty reporting system used to integrate with record labels' content management systems. Her industry-expertise in this area led to her involvement in various hearings before Congress over the impact of the 1996 Telecommunications Act on the music industry.
Prior to joining MP3.com, Ms. Rabe was International Marketing Director for Cobra Golf, overseeing global advertising, product positioning, website development, and partnerships and promotions. During her tenure, Ms. Rabe oversaw the launch of 15 major product lines.
