As Vice-President, Human Resources, Nathalie Rousseau is responsible for developing business-driven human resources practices to create a talented and engaged workforce that is focused on quality, customer satisfaction and profitable growth. Nathalie acts as advisor to the President and CEO on strategic human resources initiatives and she is a member of the Senior Management Committee. Nathalie brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and management to the role, including senior positions at Nexxlink Technologies Inc., Shire Biochem Inc., CAE Inc. and, most recently, at Hewitt Equipment Ltd. Nathalie earned a Bachelor in Administration, Commerce and MIS and a M.Sc. in Management from the �cole des Hautes �tudes Commerciales (HEC) at the University of Montreal. |
