As Director of IT and Facilities, Nathan Craig provides networking, database, and end user support for The History Factory. Since his arrival, he has standardized the systems and upgraded the network. His diverse background with electrical and mechanical experience has proved invaluable in keeping the facilities operational.
Nate has been working with computers since his Army days in 1989. He came to The History Factory in 2001 from the Pentagon where he provided tech support for the Army Operations Center. Previously, he repaired debit card readers, loss prevention and surveillance systems for retail applications.
He learned electronics in the Army, studied electronics at NOVA, and is in the process of taking the Microsoft Certification Systems Engineer tests. |
