Nathan Dunn practices in all areas of Intellectual Property including litigation, prosecution, licensing, managing intellectual property portfolios, and counseling. He has experience in preparation and litigation at the district court and appellate levels of patents in the United States and abroad, including chemical, software, computer-implemented, electrical, and mechanical arts; rendition of opinions on non-infringement of patents in the field of chemical arts. His litigation experience includes taking and defending of depositions of fact and expert witnesses, as well as drafting various non-dispositive and dispositive pre-trial motions. Mr. Dunn's experience in domain names includes disputes in arbitration as well as at the District Court level.
