Nathan is currently Managing Member of EXOP Capital LLC. He was Co-Chairman, President and CEO of Alpha Investment Management, LLC, a fund of funds located in New York City. Mr. Gantcher was the vice chairman of CIBC World Markets Corp., the USA section 20 broker dealer of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) from 1997, when CIBC acquired Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. until 1999. Mr. Gantcher had been with Oppenheimer since 1968 and served as its President, COO and Co-CEO from 1983 until the firm was acquired in 1997. Mr. Gantcher is chairman of the Board of Trustees of Tufts University and has been a member of that Board since 1983. He is a member of the Board of Overseers at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and is chairman of the Nominating Committee. Mr. Gantcher is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a director of Mack-Cali Realty Corp., ClickSoftware, and Neuberger-Berman, a Senior Advisor of RRE Investors and a former governor of the American Stock Exchange. |
