Previously Nathan spent ten years as a leader in information technology sales, recruiting, and sales management. Through 2004, Nathan was one of the top information technology headhunters in the nation. He ranked #1 out of 5,000 peers in 44 countries within the worlds largest professional search organization where he broke the all-time record for company production and won awards for client service. At the same firm Nathan created a national ERP software practice producing $30 million in revenue with more than twenty Fortune 500 clients. Prior to working in the software and recruiting industries, Nathan built a national sales force for an international retailer of luxury consumer goods and was twice named National Trainer of the Year and "Top 10 Producer" with annual production of over $10 million. Nathan holds a Bachelors of Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an MBA from Centenary College. |
