Mr. Schultz is a member of ST&G. He received his B.A. in English with Honors and High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1998. Mr. Schultz received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2002. At USC he was admitted to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Schultz was admitted to the bar in California in 2002 and to the general bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2004. Mr. Schultz is the co-author of "Sizing Up The 'Cap' '" Commercial Lease Rejection Claims in Bankruptcy", 27 Cal. Bankr. J. 209 (2004). Mr. Schultz is a member of the State Bar of California; the American Bar Association; the Los Angeles County Bar Association; and the American Bankruptcy Institute. |
