Nate Carden focuses on matters of tax controversy and transfer pricing. His dispute resolution practice emphasizes representation of corporate taxpayers in pre-audit, audit, administrative appeal, and litigation proceedings.
Nate develops transfer pricing documentation and risk assessments for international intangible, financing, and services transactions. He also advises multinational clients on cross-border intangible property, service, and financing transactions. He is a member of the Tax Committee and Advisory Committee on Business Restructurings of the United States Council for International Business.
