Neal George serves as Executive Vice President in the firm�s Boston office. He is also a member of DHR�s Advanced Technology Practice. Prior to joining DHR International, Mr. George was founder and President of Springbrook Partners, Inc. a Boston-based, boutique executive search firm serving the high-technology sector. He comes to DHR with over 25 years of executive search and management consulting experience with hardware, applications & systems software, information technology & services, telecommunications and emerging technology firms. His clients have ranged from large corporations to venture-funded startups, and he has conducted searches in all functional business areas. Representative clients include: Lucent Technologies, Lotus Development Corporation (IBM), Acterna Corporation, Cognex Corporation, TolerRx, Microstrategy, Vidient Systems, Exchange Solutions, MacGregor Group, and CommerceTV. Mr. George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Buffalo, and has completed graduate coursework in business at Babson College. He resides in Hingham, MA with his wife Liza and their four children. He is an active youth coach and director with Hingham Youth Football and Hingham Youth Lacrosse.
