Mr. Wolin 45 has held the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel since joining the Company on March 20 2001. Previously Mr. Wolin served as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 1999 to January 2001. In that capacity he headed Treasury�s legal division composed of 2 000 lawyers supporting all of Treasury�s offices and bureaus including the Internal Revenue Service Customs Secret Service Public Debt the Office of Thrift Supervision the Financial Management Service the U.S. Mint and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Mr. Wolin served as the Deputy General Counsel of the Department of the Treasury from 1995 to 1999. Prior to joining the Treasury Department he served in the White House first as the Executive Assistant to the National Security Advisor and then as the Deputy Legal Advisor to the National Security Council. Mr. Wolin joined the U.S.
Government in 1991 as special assistant to the Directors of Central Intelligence William H. Webster Robert M. Gates and R. James Woolsey. |
