Neal McBrayer is a member of the Litigation and Commercial Departments. He represents business interests in federal and state courts and protects the interests of creditors in both workouts and bankruptcy cases. In the bankruptcy arena, Mr. McBrayer has significant experience representing preference defendants and has defended against multi-million dollar preference claims. He has also represented and advised purchasers of estate assets. In aviation, Mr. McBrayer counsels corporations and air taxi operators on transactions involving the sale, lease and management of aircraft. He also advises air taxi operators on compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.
