Neil Wasserstrom is a transactional attorney who represents clients in the areas of real estate and energy. In the course of his practice, Neil handles all aspects of commercial real estate, including representing public and private real estate companies and developers, REITs and home builders in acquiring, developing, leasing, managing, financing and selling multi-family projects, shopping centers, industrial parks, office buildings, residential developments, extended-stay hotels, senior assisted-living facilities and undeveloped properties in single-asset and portfolio transactions throughout the United States.
Neil also assists clients in the context of foreclosures and restructurings of troubled real estate. In addition, he represents developers and owners in the energy sector engaged in acquiring and selling energy projects.

Notable Engagements:
Represent client in the acquisition and development of property in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles for a multi-family and retail use project totaling in excess of $200,000,000.
Represent client in the sale of approximately 160,000 + acres of land, including timber operations in Belize.
Represent client in the formation of a joint venture and subsequent acquisition of retail properties in Dallas and Houston totaling approximately $80,000,000.
Represent client in the acquisition and development of undeveloped properties for multi-family residential developments in Houston and Austin involving complex use, access, detention, construction, utility, and related land development issues.
