Mr. Underwood currently serves as Vice President of Sales for S1 Corporation, a publicly traded company. While working at S1, Mr. Underwood continues to develop Underwood Ventures, LLC, a ten-year-old real-estate holding company focusing on commercial and residential real estate in the Atlanta market. Before S1, Mr. Underwood launched the Americas division of Brokat Technologies, a publicly traded company and a $200 million financial services software supplier. Mr. Underwood is a certified cash manager. Mr. Underwood serves on the board of Allied Bancshares, a publicly traded company. From 1999 until 2001, he was Chief Operating Officer of BROKAT Americas, a publicly traded company. Mr. Underwood is an honors graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering. |
