Neil Cohen serves as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company Neil was head of Asset Management for Imperial Credit Commercial Mortgage Investment Co. (REIT), where he was responsible for a portfolio of $120 million of real estate assets and mezzanine financing. Prior to joining Imperial Credit Commercial Mortgage Investment Co., Neil held real estate positions with Shearson Lehman Brothers, Pacific View Real Estate Company and the Stanford Companies. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980, Neil worked for Coopers & Lybrand, CPA before beginning his real estate career. |
