Neil Darragh, Chief Technical Officer, joined Cornice in 2004 and has served in various management roles while guiding Cornice�s technical roadmap. Darragh has been a key part of Cornice's product successes by guiding silicon, software, and systems architecture and leveraging Cornice�s rich heritage of CE focused storage. With more than 15 years of cutting edge storage experience, including a PHD in signal processing for disk drives from the University of Plymouth (UK), Darragh represents one of the true innovators in the storage industry. He was promoted to CTO in October 2006. Prior to Cornice, Darragh was executive director of Read/Write Engineering at Maxtor and was personally responsible for the launch of over 20 successful products, their product transition to manufacturing, and the overall channel technology roadmap. Darragh also worked for Nomai, a successful removable storage startup as the lead recording technology engineer. |
