In the mass torts practice, Mr. Fraser is a key part of the team representing over 330 individuals relating to injuries they sustained by their ingestion of the diet drug combination known as Fen-Phen in In re Diet Drug Litigation Venued in Bergen County. In securities, he worked on the successfully resolved In re Racing Champions Securities Litigation (N.D. Ill.) and is currently a member of the team handling the landmark In re IPO Securities Litigation, alleging various forms of market manipulation. |
